Hi, I'm Amber Portis

I’m a certified personal trainer and the founder of Root’d with Amber.

I work with high-achieving women who look like they have it all together but feel exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of burnout and inconsistency.

I don’t believe your problem is willpower. I believe your body has been operating in survival mode for far too long.

My approach blends strength training, nervous system regulation, faith, and compassionate accountability. I lead with Southern hospitality and wellness creating a luxury, high-level experience where women feel seen, supported, and safe.
